Our Approach
During the initial diagnosis and due diligence
stage, there is a fixed fee for the services of it’s principal
and the support of it’s affiliates. The work is typically
completed in two weeks and results in the generation of a mini business
plan.
If the business meets the criteria for a rapid business restart
and/or exit and Comturn is retained, we are so confident of our
success that fees for our services, except for fixed costs and reimbursable
business expenses, may be deferred until the completion of the successful
restart and/or exit, the terms of which are negotiable.
